If you could snap your fingers and feel better from burnout you obviously would, so chances are there are a few factors involved here. From my own experience, feeling burnt out stemmed from one thing: working silly hours.
Overworking led to me neglecting other areas of my life which tangled things further making it harder to feel myself. Right now if you’re feeling this way too, you’ve likely been burning the candle at both ends.
It’s important you identify and tackle face-on the root cause of the problem. If this doesn’t change then you won’t feel better.
Let’s isolate the cause to understand it and let’s reflect on how you’re feeling.
It's not always the case, but I think we sometimes already know the answer. For me, this was taking on too much at work which led to a huge list of things that I “had to do”.
Take some time here and be honest with yourself. When did it start and how long has this been going on for?
