🌟 Use pen and paper to plan what I need to do
🌟 Remember that doing hard things is part of being an entrepreneur
🌟 Realise that procrastination is normal, be kind to myself, take a deep breath and direct my attention onto what needs to get done and fight the urge of Resistance
🌟 Use Workfrom or Groove to snap into focus, or work outside as that really works for me
🌟 If my state needs changing, play the Priming video or something motivational before the task
🌟 Realise that deep work is easier for me in the AM or at night
🌟 Use music like my favourite lo-fi beats playlists or brown noise
🌟 Remember that state is everything and I can improve this feeling
🌟 Have a nap to directly feel better (don’t do this after 5pm)
🌟 Close my eyes and listen to a meditation for 10-20 minutes
🌟 Take a cold shower, go for a swim or go for a run (get into my body)
🌟 Ensure I go to bed on time for a full sleep
🌟 Communicate to others how I’m feeling so they are aware
🌟 Switch tasks to be speaking-based e.g. calls and voice notes which don’t require brainpower
